TRAINING COURSE GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS: The deadline for the payment is essential and mandatory.

In case of non-payment or delayed payment, this contract will be concluded without further formalities. The defaulting customer shall correspond to Ekis Srl, as a penalty, the 30% of the whole price agreed, and will authorize Ekis Srl to withhold, as down payment for such penalty, the already paid amount. 

B. OBJECT: The Student has the right to attend the workshop reserved and to get the learning material.

C. CHANGES: For organizational reasons and for a good educational result Ekis Srl will reserve the right to modify lecture dates, time and location. Any change will be notified to the Student in free form and five working days in advance.

D. CONCLUSION - The contract will be concluded by the parties from the moment when this document, which contains all the essential elements for the business , correctly signed will be notified to the registered office of Ekis Srl, or to a legal representative. 

E. TERMINATION RIGHT: Pursuant to Articles 52 and the following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) the contractor “consumer” reserves the right to terminate this contract within the terms of 14 days from the signing date, noticing by registered letter to Ekis Srl Via Fausto Coppi, 12 – 42123 Reggio Emilia (Italy) in which the Student have to indicate if he/she wants to make use of the termination rights and his/her full details to obtain the refund of the service required, when applicable. 

Within 14 days of receipt of the termination EKIS S.r.l.will provide the refund of the payment received o the net of the value of the service already beneficed by the consumer.

F. COMPETENT COURT: without prejudice to the consumer rules, for any dispute resulting from this contract or its interpretation or application the only competent court is the Court of Reggio Emilia, Italy.

G. APPLICABLE LAWS: with regards to any aspects not provided for under this contract, the Italian law is the only law that will be applied.

Pursuant to the Artilcles 1341,1342 of Italian Civil Code and 33 - 34 Legislative Decree 206/2005 (of ltalian Consumer's law), I herewith expressly declare lo know and to accept the above mentioned general terms and conditions of the contract relating

    to: the performance of the contract, price and payment terms, limitations of liability, prohibition of termination, right of withdrawal, applicable law, competent court.

    I hereby declare that the content of the terms listed above was discussed accurately and individually between me and an Ekis S.r.l. official as well as the negotiation of a specific agreement al the time of conclusion of the contract, pursuant to the Article

     142 of the Legislative Decree 206/200S, which I declare to know. Furthermore, I declare to have received an original copy of this contract.
